Due to emergency water supply conditions, Rolling V Ranch WCID No. 1, 2 and 3 are now under Stage 4 Emergency Drought Restrictions. Immediate action is required.

• All landscape irrigation is prohibited (except foundation/tree watering with hand-held hose, bucket, or soaker hose – limited to 2 hrs/day).

• No vehicle washing unless for health/safety reasons.

• No filling of pools, ponds, or water features.

• Non-essential internal water use is suspended.

Increased water rate surcharges and enforcement penalties are in effect.
