Rolling V Ranch Moves to Stage 1

Rolling V Ranch has moved to Stage 1 of our Drought Contingency plan.
Under this stage, customers will be requested to conserve water and to comply with restrictions on certain non-essential water use as provided below.
Specific measures to be implemented during the stage will be determined by the Board, or official designee. The Board or official designee may also take other actions not listed, if deemed necessary.
Watering Schedule (Two (2) Days per Week Only):
- Even-numbered addresses – Tuesday & Friday
- Odd-numbered addresses – Saturday & Wednesday
- Common Areas/HOA – Monday & Thursday
Irrigation with sprinklers or automatic systems is only allowed from 6 PM–10 AM on your assigned days.
Watering with hand-held hoses, soaker hoses, or drip irrigation is allowed at any time or day for trees and foundations.
Encouraged Activities:
- Reduce recreational water use that causes runoff
- Reduce vehicle washing at home (bucket/hose with shut-off nozzle recommended)
- Refilling or topping off pools is discouraged
- Reduce washing driveways, sidewalks, or paved areas
